Shipping and Return Policies

Your orders over 500TL will be sent free of charge. Orders will be sent within 7 working days of delivery by courier to your registered address. For the delivery of customized products, same day delivery (Istanbul only) and for urgent delivery requests please contact us at the address below. Please check Your delivery address before placing your order.

In accordance with the relevant legislation; During the delivery of the packages, shipping companies collects the name, surname, TR identity number, passport number for foreign nationals, the number of the internationally valid document or the document number issued by the Turkish authorities) and confidentially stored, in order to provide to the relevant authorities, for at least two years, if necessary. If the recipient does not want to give their credentials, the shipment is not delivered and returned to the sender.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date you received your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and kept in the original packaging. Return and exchange shipping fee is free of charge within Turkey.

Before returning to refund or product you want to change, you must send an e-mail to the address ask@sanayi313.com. We will contact you after we recieve your email.

If your returned items comply with the conditions and approved by our team, refunds are made within 3 business days. The period of reflection on the credit card, while the average amount refunded 1-3 business days of bank cards may extend this process even more.

There is no return and exchange on sales items.
