These Terms and Conditions apply to all products purchased from shop.sanayi313.com. The buyer agrees to all of the following terms and conditions by purchasing or placing an order on "shop.sanayi313.com".

PAYMENT

Full payment will be required for all purchases before release by "shop.sanayi313.com". Holds are available with a 20% non-refundable deposit. 

RETURN

shop.sanayi313.com does not offer returns on international sales. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL and all inventory is sold as is. Because of the vintage nature of most of our inventory, some signs of wear are common.  Please check the listings for the condition of each item prior to your purchase.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and all the expenses required by the country of destination at the customs.

Cost of delivery/shipping is not included in the listing price of an item.  If Buyer does not wish to use the quote provided by Sanayi313, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make all necessary arrangements for the shipment of their purchase.

If shop.sanayi313.com is unable to deliver the goods because of actions or circumstances under the control of the buyer or out of control of us, then shop.sanayi313.com shall be entitled to place the goods in storage until such times as delivery may be effected and the buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage.

Buyers who choose to pick up their items from Sanayi313 showroom must do so within one week of purchase unless special arrangements have been made with shop.sanayi313.com ahead of time. After one week a storage fee of $20 / day will be assessed to each item. Purchases not picked up within 3 weeks will be considered abandoned property.
Any damages due to shipping are not the responsibility of the seller and should be reported to the seller within 24 hours of signed receipt to enable repair which may be subject to additional charges.

Custom

Custom orders are non-refundable including all cancelations after production has begun due to the handmade nature of our custom inventory.

Where a sample of the goods are shown, the parties hereto accept that such a sample is representative in nature and may not be the exact product and may differ slightly as a result of the custom production process. All products are hand made therefore creating a one of a kind custom piece and look; no two items will be identical.

Custom orders require 6-8 weeks for production time; changes and requests may increase this lead time. Rush orders are available for an additional 20% of the total. Rush orders are subject to limited samples, changes, and other requests in order to meet requested deadlines.

All requests may affect agreed on finish date.
